LMRA SKI CLUB TRIP PAYMENT INFORMATION
PRICES
and/or CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS NEEDED WITHOUT NOTICE
A deposit is required on or before November 1 in order to secure your spot.
For Breckenridge, a $150 deposit is required with the remaining money due by December 3.
For Banff, a $250 deposit is required with the remaining money due by January 14.

In order to participate, you must be a LMRA Ski Club member or a guest of a member.
Signup: Print out one trip reservation form for each reservation you wish to make (each person in your group needs to submit a separate form).

Fill out the form completely, sign it, provide payment according to instructions on the form, either mail it to us or give it to us at a meeting or by special arrangement, and be sure to specify in the special requests part of the form the following information:
For Breckenridge, your desired number of bedrooms in the condo.
For Banff, your desired hotel bedding arrangement.
For out-of-town guests, indicate that the reservation is for the non-flight option.

NOTE: The prices shown are based on a minimum of 20 people participating in the full cost of the trip. Out-of-state guests who do not pay for the cost of the flight do not count toward the minimum of 20 people. If less than 20 people sign up for any given trip, the trip will be canceled and your deposit will be refunded in full!!
